Clinics and Services

We offer a range of services including:

If needed the doctors will refer patients to the specialist physiotherapists at Devizes, Melksham or Chippenham.

Counsellors are trained to help people understand more about their difficulties. They can help find ways of tackling or coping with them. Counselling can be helpful for people with problems such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety/Panic
  • Stress
  • Obsessions
  • Anger difficulties
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Eating problems
  • Loss/Bereavement

Counselling will generally be short term. People often find that one or two sessions are enough to clarify difficulties and explore more helpful ways of coping. However the number and frequency of sessions would be negotiated between you and Paula. Shardi will also be able to advise you about short courses run locally dealing with issues such as stress, panic, anger and self-esteem. To give our patients the greatest flexibility to access counselling we can refer them to the IAPT service in Devizes or you can self refer if you feel this would be helpful.
