The telephony provider we had been with for many years moved us to a new system in February and we have experienced some intermittent problems.
We have been working with our provider and NHS England to resolve the issue.
Our provider has been unable to solve the problems we and other practices have had. They were also unable to move us back to the old system. It has been agreed that we will move to another provider, X-on Health.
