Training practice

Medical students from Imperial College London join us for short clinical attachments throughout the year, as well as nurses, paramedics, and students gaining experience in general practice before going to Medical School.

There will be a notice at reception explaining that there is someone sitting in on a surgery. If you would prefer not to have this person present, please inform the reception staff.

The practice also provides training in general practice to doctors who have recently qualified. These doctors join the practice for a period of three months. Please note that we always ask patients if they are happy to be seen initially by a medical student or a doctor in training, they will then be reviewed by one of the partners. We also provide training for more experienced doctors moving into general practice or coming back into general practice after a time away.
